History

Our journey began in 1960 when our father, Mehmet Yaşar Türkan, initiated our story in a small factory. In our pursuit to share the unique flavors of Anatolian cuisine with more individuals both domestically and internationally, we assumed leadership in 1989.

Under the guidance of new management, we embraced a blend of traditional and modern production approaches, resulting in an expansion of our product range. We fortified our commitment to quality by expanding our offerings. High-quality chocolate and dragee productions take place at our Istanbul facility, while the production of historical Turkish delight and regional fruit leather continues at our Gaziantep establishment, accelerating our endeavors.

By harmonizing health-conscious and hygienic production practices with advanced technology, we maintain our course of production at a modern and fully-equipped facility. Upholding our tradition of uncompromising quality since our inception, we've substantiated our hygiene practices with BRC, OHSAS, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 22000, KOSHER, and Halal certifications.

With a daily production capacity of 5 tons, we present our products to approximately 20,000 national and local chain markets across the country, delighting consumers. Additionally, our exports to 12 countries contribute significantly to our nation's economy.

Driven by our vision, we aim to propel our brand forward each day, setting the aspiration to become a global beacon. Behind this corporate structure, our team of 130 individuals continue to expand our standards daily. As we continue to share the joys of Turkish flavors with the world from our production facilities in Istanbul and Gaziantep, we take justifiable pride.
